They do have 2 first round picks and I keep seeing OL and RB in the first round. With the new coaching scheme coming in I am not sure what they are going to do at RB Julius Jones has proven not to be an every down runner and I am not sure Forsett will fit any type of run scheme. I see them hitting a RB up sometime in the first or second round just not sure which one.
With a new regime including head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider, the Seattle Seahawks will likely be undergoing a face-life in 2010. With two first round picks, Seattle is in position to reload and make a last-ditch effort at the playoffs with Matt Hasselbeck as their starting quarterback. However, one player they will be without is All-Pro left tackle Walter Jones, whose heralded career has come to an end due to injuries. Now left with a gaping hole at left tackle, the Seahawks have the chance to replace him with one of their two first round picks. Bryan Bulaga is a prototypical Big Ten offensive tackle who excels at driving the defender off the ball in the run game as well as dominating defensive ends as a pass blocker. He has all of the tools that scouts look for in a franchise left tackle and would be a safe and smart selection for Seattle with their first choice.
Yes, I agree. Best move for Seattle here, both in short term and for the long run. Build from the line out, and this young man has all the tools to succeed.
